Are there exact contents in the box?
We release the Bounty Box menu about five days before delivery. Please note we do our best to get the exact contents, however due to weather, supply chain issues, labor shortages & other small farm/business issues, we may need to substitute some items should they become unavailable. We appreciate your understanding
Where do you source from?
The vast majority of the time we source within the bounds of the greater Sacramento region. Sometimes we’ll get local produce from surrounding areas such as nearby areas (all in northern California) for additional variety.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the greater Sacramento region. We consider the greater Sacramento region to be as far south as Elk Grove, as far east as Rancho Cordova, as far north as Roseville and as far west as Davis.We also deliver to the North Tahoe / Truckee area. In this area we bring your Bounty Boxes up to Truckee and have a pickup point close to the Truckee River Regional Park.
How does shipping work?
We overnight ship with UPS. Shipping rates are based on your purchase and are at the sole discretion and responsibility of UPS. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only ship to destinations within the continental United States. We regret that we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Armed Forces locations.
How long does stuff take to ship?
We ship by UPS every other Wednesday with our normally scheduled delivery day. We'll attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note that the transit time frame you selected at the time of purchase begins on the day your order was shipped out, not the day of the actual order.
What type of packaging do you use?
We reuse packaging whenever possible and safe. This means you'll see boxes from our farms, repurposed shipping material, reused egg cartons & more!
Customizations, Substitutions & Pricing
Due to the volume and intricacies of delivery day, we'll offer two complimentary substitutions for each BB (excluding the Farmers Choice). After the two complimentary substitutions, there will be a $2 charge for each additional substitution.
Can I pause or edit my subscription?
Heading out of town? Want to try a different Bounty Box? We’re happy to update your subscription as needed. There are no penalties. You can make any updates in your account or text/email us and we’d be happy to take care of it on our end.
Are your items subscription only?
Subscriptions are not required for our service. You may purchase a single Bounty Box. If you do become one of our beloved subscribers, you may update your subscription at any time for any reason. We created the subscription because people were purchasing our BBs every week and we wanted to make it easier for them. We did not create them so that you’re receiving an item that you don’t want and it’s too hard to cancel!
Do you offer upgrades or add-ons?
Yes! Depending on the season or availability, you will see an option to select your box type.
When are deliveries & when can orders be picked up?
Your delivery will happen on Wednesday (every other Wednesday).
Your order will be available for pickup also on Wednesday, between the hours of 1-4pm.
