We deliver every other Wednesday. Sometimes, particularly around end-of-the-year holidays, we'll move the dates so we're not delivering too close to a holiday! Every year, we close for a few weeks around mid December and reopen the first full week of January. Here are our delivery dates for the rest of 2026:

Jan 21st, Feb 4th, Feb 18th, Mar 4th, Mar 18th, Apr 1st, Apr 15th, Apr 29th, May 13th, May 27th, Jun 10th, Jun 24th, Jul 8th, Jul 22nd, Aug 5th, Aug 19th, Sep 2nd, Sep 16th, Sep 30th, Oct 14th, Oct 28th, Nov 11th, Nov 18th, Dec 2nd, Dec 16th

Then we'll reopen on Jan 6th, 2027!

We release the Bounty Box menu about five days before delivery. Please note we do our best to get the exact contents, however due to weather, supply chain issues, labor shortages & other small farm/business issues, we may need to substitute some items should they become unavailable. We appreciate your understanding

The vast majority of the time we source within the bounds of the greater Sacramento region. Sometimes we’ll get local produce from surrounding areas such as nearby areas (all in northern California) for additional variety.

We currently deliver to three areas: Sacramento, North Tahoe & Monterey Bay.

In the greater Sacramento area, we deliver as far south as Galt, as far east as El Dorado Hills, as far north as Roseville and as far west as Davis.

We also deliver to the North Tahoe / Truckee area. Due to the terrain, our delivery here is a pickup point in Truckee.

Finally, we deliver to the Monterey Bay, including but not limited to Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Seaside, Marina, East Garrison & more! Please reach out with any further questions!

We overnight ship with UPS. Shipping rates are based on your purchase and are at the sole discretion and responsibility of UPS. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only ship to destinations within the continental United States. We regret that we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Armed Forces locations.

We ship by UPS every other Wednesday with our normally scheduled delivery day. We'll attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note that the transit time frame you selected at the time of purchase begins on the day your order was shipped out, not the day of the actual order.

We reuse packaging whenever possible and safe. This means you'll see boxes from our farms, repurposed shipping material, reused egg cartons & more! 

Due to the volume and intricacies of delivery day, we'll offer two complimentary substitutions for each BB (excluding the Farmers Choice). After the two complimentary substitutions, there will be a $2 charge for each additional substitution. 

Heading out of town? Want to try a different Bounty Box? We’re happy to update your subscription as needed. There are no penalties. You can make any updates in your account or text/email us and we’d be happy to take care of it on our end.

Subscriptions are not required for our service. You may purchase a single Bounty Box. If you do become one of our beloved subscribers, you may update your subscription at any time for any reason. We created the subscription because people were purchasing our BBs every week and we wanted to make it easier for them. We did not create them so that you’re receiving an item that you don’t want and it’s too hard to cancel!

Yes! Depending on the season or availability, you will see an option to select your box type.

Your delivery will happen on Wednesday (every other Wednesday).

Your order will be available for pickup also on Wednesday, between the hours of 1-4pm.
