Home to one of our favorite olive oils, these Olinda Salt Cured Black Olives are grown and processed just up the road in Orland, California. To achieve the delicacy of salt cured olives, they're treated and preserved with salt. Salt curing is one of the oldest and most traditional ways to cure olives.

USES: Add these to salads, charcuterie boards and cheese plates, mix them with harissa or eat them on their own. These delicious little fruits pair well with cumin, chiles and citrus.

NUTRITION: Olives are rich in fatty acids and antioxidants and a good source of vitamin E, iron, copper and calcium.
