Each bundle is freshly harvested from small Northern California farms—over 75% women- & POC-owned—and might include anything from the dark, lush red bor kale or bright & colorful rainbow chard, to fun & vibrtan wasabina or crisp lettuces. It’s a delicious surprise every time, hand-picked for quality, freshness, and variety.

Whether you sauté, toss, blend, or braise them, these greens bring serious flavor, nutrition & farm-fresh energy to any meal. They’re the foundation of your favorite soups, smoothies & salads—the kind of greens that make you feel good just looking at them.
